Hotel Carrillos Cancun

Great central location, close to eateries and shops. Basic rooms with a nice common pool. Convenient for exploring the city.

Rooms could have been cleaner, with dust on tables and mold in showers. Disco next door can be loud and disturb sleep.

The included breakfast offers a variety of options including coffee, milk, cereals, orange juice, and croissants.

Some guests may find the nearby bar or nightclub to be a potential source of noise, especially during the late hours of the evening.

The location of the hotel was excellent, close to stores and restaurants. The staff was helpful and the pool was clean with nice water temperature. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioner and heater worked well. The walk-in shower had both hot and cold water.

Spacious room, good water pressure, small pool, professional cleaning staff, quiet A/C. Walking distance from bus terminal, nearby Parque de las Palapas with lively evening atmosphere and food stalls.

This hotel is conveniently located near the main bus station in downtown Cancun, making it a great choice for travelers looking for easy access to transportation. Additionally, it is close to the centro and a supermarket, providing convenience for any necessities. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Despite the nearby nightclub, the rooms are surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, as it was close to the main bus station and within walking distance to some cheap Mexican restaurants. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and quiet room. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting us in arranging transportation to the airport at a reasonable price.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The location was great, in the heart of El Centro Cancun. It was a block away from the night market, where all the good street food at and less than a block away from the R1 bus that takes you all the way to the Hotel Zone. There was also plenty of restaurants and stores that you can buy all you needs. The shopping mall was a walking distance where you can buy gifts to your family and friends. The hotel was also very affordable, warm water in the shower and the rooms were daily cleaned with new towels and toiletries. The receptionist helped me get a taxi ride to the airport with a reasonable price and to avoid being scammed by taxi drivers. The hotel lobby was always attended by the receptionist who watched over the foot traffic; the hotel gate was locked up after midnight, with exception to residents, which made me feel safe.

Felt completely happy, nothing to complain about.

The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. I'll recommend it to others looking for a budget option near the bus station.
